Have you been wondering how to build your Xocai business painlessly and effectively. Do you want to build your business nation wide and internationally? I will share with you how to build a solid residual income with Xocai using proven methods.
I know that as you read this you will think, "this is too simple, it won't work." In this business the more simple you can make it the more duplicatable it becomes and the faster you will see money going into your bank account.
I have a very simple 4 step system that I am going to teach you. After you have read this and understand the system you will be able to get started in your path to success immediately. As a matter of fact, if you get started immediately with the challenge I extend at the end of this email your chances of success will go up drastically. You don't need to wait and learn before you can build your business successfully. Learn as you go by taking action
Here are the 4 steps:
1) Make a list of people you want to work with in this business. Identify at least 20 people to start with that you think would be really good at this business. Think of people that inspire you, motivate you, people that love chocolate, are entrepreneurial, are ambitious, have written goals in life, people that want to change careers, or just want to make a little extra money to pay the bills. Focus on business partners and you will find business partners. If you just look for product consumers, you will only find product consumers and wonder why no one is building the business with you.
When you have your list of 20 people select 10 people from the list that you think are the best. Write why each of these people might need Xocai in their lives next to these 10 people. This is very important as I will explain later. (Ex.- Works in construction and there is no work to keep him busy. He needs to make more income.)
Remember to keep this list with you always so that you can continue to add to it as you work your business. The first 20 people you are putting on your list is just the start.
2) Contact your list of people and invite them watch/listen/read a tool (I have more information below on the tools to use and how to use them). When you invite them to listen/watch/read a tool you will invite them according to their need or want, you should have already written this next to each name. Use your business opportunity as a solution to their problem and you will have more success. After they have committed to look at a tool set up a time to follow up with them. Remember the "fortune is in the follow up" and you must let them know that you want a response after they have looked at the tool.
3) Follow up with them on the exact date and time you scheduled. Treat this like a six figure income job and as if you had a boss looking over your shoulder.
4) Get their questions answered by doing a three way call with your active upline expert.
These are the four steps of duplication that will create success in your Healthy Chocolate business. It is simple right? Here is more information on the details of exactly how to do it.
Lets say you have made your list and now you are ready to contact them. Does the person on your list live next door or five states away or in another country? Answering this question will help you decide what tool to use. If the person lives close by and you can drop a tool in their hands, then do it. If you know someone that lives out of town and you want to share our business with them, then one of our online tools would be more effective.
Either way, when you talk to your contacts next door or 5 states away this is what you can say when you contact them. If you tell them more than these three things you are not doing it right. Less is more in this case!
1. You are involved in a business venture that is growing very rapidly, even in this down economy and you are excited. (MXI grew over 300% last year alone)
2. It has to do with marketing a very unique product in the market place, "healthy chocolate" and it tastes incredible. (Its important to let them know that it tastes good)
3. You want them to watch/listen to the presentation that will tell them all about the product and the marketing plan. It may or may not be for them but will definitely be worth their time. If it is not for them then they may know someone that is interested. Let them know you will get back with them tomorrow at ________ time.
Here are a couple examples in conversation format with our prospect Bob.
Hi Bob this is Wade, how are you today? Great! Listen Bob, can we talk business for a minute? The reason I am calling is to let you know that I am involved in an exciting business venture that is growing very rapidly. I market a very unique product in the market place. It is chocolate, actually healthy chocolate and it tastes incredible. I want you to listen to a 30 minute online movie at www.ShareChoc.com to get your opinion. It may or may not be for you but will definitely be worth your time. If it is not for you then you may know someone that is interested. How much time do you need to listen to that? Great! Would
Or if Bob is a friend and you know what he wants, then say it this way.
"Hi Bob, this is Wade how are you doing today? Great, listen the other day you told me that you were tired of your job and wanted to start a new career. Were you serious about that or just kidding around? I have something that could help you replace your income from your current job. It is a business that I am involved with that is growing like crazy right now. I market Chocolate of all things and best of all it is Healthy Chocolate that tastes incredible. I am not saying this is for you but you need to listen to this 15 minute video online at www.ShareChoc.com called the Perfect Combination. I think you will see why I am so excited about this and why I am sharing it with you. Watch the video today and I will call you back in the morning. Sound good? Great! Talk to you then."
Or,
Hi Bob how are you? Great! You told me the other day when we had lunch that you were trying to figure out how to pay for your kids college education. Are you serious about finding a way to do that? I found a business venture that could make you that type of money. It is a part of the health and wellness industry that is growing at over 100 million dollars a day. It has to do with marketing a very unique product that everyone already loves. It is chocolate, actually healthy chocolate and it tastes incredible. You are going to love it. I have an audio CD that tells all about the product and the business. I want you to listen to it to see what you think. I will bring it over now with a sample of the chocolate. Does that work? Great, see you in a few minutes.
That is it! If they have questions for you, before they listen to the presentation, let them know that they will all be answered by watching the presentation. If you say more than what I have above then you are doing yourself a disservice. This tool is duplicatable and if you let the tool do the presentation instead of doing it yourself then your new sponsors will use the tool and you will start seeing your business grow.
A word on the follow up. When you call them back, just ask them... "What did you like best about what you learned?" Get them to think of the positive information they connected with in the presentation. Agree with them on what they liked best. They are going to fall into one of three categories at this point.
1. They loved it and want to sign up with you immediately
2. They say "No" and thank you for thinking of them
3. They want more information or would like to try the product
Most people will fall into category 3. They will have a few questions or want to try the product. This is a good thing and it means they are interested. The best thing you can do is get your upline on the phone with them to get their questions answered.
Say this to them, "Listen Bob, I have been telling my business partner about you and he wanted to meet you. He has had a lot of success in the business and knows what he is talking about. Hold on a minute so I can get him on the phone to get your questions answered”
This is powerful because now your prospect will know that you are part of a team that is bigger than just you and that you have support to build your business. It is also powerful because your prospect is now hearing the excitement from three different people, YOU, the presenter on the presentation and from your upline.
If they tell you "NO" then don't take is personally and move onto the next person. Remember, this is a numbers game so if you work the numbers right... the numbers start working for you. If you talk to 5 people and they all tell you "No"... it's ok. You are now closer to getting a "yes."
Keep in mind that if you are talking to your next door neighbor or someone in person then the most effective thing you can do is give them a CD,

A few pointers to keep in mind
1. Don't give the presentation yourself, let the TOOL deliver the presentation. Even if you can give a brilliant presentation and your prospects sign up with you; your prospect, more than likely, will not be as good as you are at presenting or selling. You don't want them to wait until they know everything before they share our opportunity with others.
2. Follow up is where you will make your money. Don't hesitate to follow up 5 or 6 times with people until you get a hold of them.
3. Use your upline to answer questions for your prospects or send them to another tool to get their questions answered.
4. Don't get depressed or discouraged if some one tells you "NO" or "your dumb to be doing this". Stay emotionally stable and don't ride the emotional roller coaster. Remember our products are wonderful, have positively changed the health of thousands, and helps thousands make a great and viable income.
5. Don't ever send a new prospect to the company website or even your personal website until they have heard a presentation first. These websites tell no story and there is too much information there that will only confuse.
